ESPRESSO PANNA COTTA| COFFEE PANNA COTTA
Espresso panna cotta or cooked
cream is very easy to make and can be flavored with anything you like with vanilla
or chocolate or rose. This is the elegant recipe in Italian dessert. Impress
your loved ones with this delicious dessert and make your day memorable.

INGREDIENTS
Milk: 200ml
Coffee powder: 1 ½ tbsp
Castor sugar: ½ cup
Fresh cream: ½ cup
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Gelatin: 1 tbsp
METHOD
· First
take a small bowl with water, soak the gelatin granules in it for 5-10 mins,
until soft.
· Meanwhile
in a sauce pan, heat milk. Add coffee powder, castor sugar and sugar, mix it
well.
· Once it
comes to a boil, add the soaked granules to it and let the gelatin melt well.
· Then turn
off the flame and let the coffee mixture cool down for 5-6 mins.
· Once it
cools down, add cream, vanilla essence and mix it well.
· Now strain
the coffee using a strainer to get rid of foam.
· Pour them
in small bowls and let them set for about 20-25 mins and then refrigerate till
you are ready to serve.
· You can
serve in a bowl Or you can unmould it by dipping them in lukewarm water for
few secs.
TIP: Garnish with chocolate sauce and serve.
