INGREDIENTS
Sugar: 3 tsp
Milk: 1 cup
Water: 2 cups
Black tea leaves Powder: 2 tsp
Fresh Ginger: 2 inch
METHOD
- First, prepare the fresh ginger by peeling it and crush it. This will help you make a very favorable ginger tea.
- Boil the ginger in water for 3 mins, add tea powder and sugar and let it comes to boil.
- Add milk and simmer for few mins.
- Strain the tea through a strainer into cups.
- Serve with cookies/ biscuits.
