Gongura senagapappu curry is the famous and favorite recipe in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Gongura is known as Andhra Matha which means mother of Andhra Food. Gongura chenapappu is a mouth watering recipe. This is simple, very tasty, iron rich and easy to make. This is one of my favorite recipe, it tastes too yum when served with rice and chapati.
